What is Digital Token?
Digital Token is a digital representation of values and/or rights. The digital tokens could be offered to public through ICO (Initial Coin Offering) method.

ICO is a new and innovative public fundraising method through Digital Tokens on blockchain. The name may be similar to Intial Public Offering (IPO), but there are quite a few differences. For ICO the investors may not be the equity owner like they would in an IPO, however, they will be entitled to the returns/rights according to the Whitepaper which is issued by the Token Issuer.

Furthermore, as a platform the ICO portal has to provide KYC to know their investors, perform suitability tests, and inform investors regarding the risks of investing in DIgital Tokens.
