Akarn (Ying) Punyakumleard serves as Chief Executive Officer of Token X, concurrently serving as Chief Executive Officer of InnovestX Securities Co., Ltd.

Ms. Akarn Punyakumleard has been with the SCBX Group since 2004, holding senior executive roles in various key areas across both financial and capital markets. Her responsibilities have included developing and advising on risk management products for large corporate clients (Derivatives Product Development and Corporate Solutions), managing private banking services, and creating innovative investment products, with over two decades of industry experience.

For educational background, Ms. Akarn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, and a Master of Engineering in Operations Research from Columbia University, USA.

Wanrob (Tul) Boontham leads the Investment Banking & Tokenization team at Token X, where he combines decades of capital market experience with cutting-edge Web3 innovation. Over the course of his career, he has advised on capital market transactions totaling over USD 7 billion, spanning IPOs, REITs, as well as ICO and other structured offerings.

A trailblazer in Thailand’s financial landscape, Wanrob is among the pioneers driving real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, helping to bridge the divide between traditional finance and the decentralized digital economy.

Wanrob is a CFA Charterholder and holds several prestigious credentials, including the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and a Thai Financial Advisor License, etc.

Verapat (Tor) Chantaravannakul serves as Acting Head of Technology at Token X, concurrently serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at InnovestX Securities Co., Ltd.

Verapat plays a pivotal role in driving digital and technology strategy, modernizing enterprise architecture, and scaling next-generation investment and financial platforms within the SCBX Group.

Supakorn Chintanadilok has nearly 8 years of experience in the fields of law and finance, having built expertise through work in the digital asset and financial industries. He brings together legal experience across both the digital asset space and the traditional financial system.

Supakorn is driven by a strong commitment to advancing Thailand’s digital asset and financial industries, with a particular focus on promoting the adoption and global recognition of digital tokens.
